Foxwoods Resort Casino Reports February 2017 Slot Revenue

MASHANTUCKET, Conn.--()--Foxwoods® Resort Casino has reported slot revenue of $34.3 million for the month of February 2017. This figure is down 5.4 percent compared to $36.2 million in February of 2016. Handle for the month was $443.8 million, up .6 percent from the $441.3 million wagered in the same month in 2016.

Foxwoods’ contribution to the Connecticut Special Revenue Fund in February 2017 is $9 million, bringing the cumulative contribution to the state since Foxwoods opened in 1992 to over $3.9 billion.

February at Foxwoods kicked off in winning style as Richard N. of Fitchburg, MA won a $250,000 slot jackpot. The winning continued at Foxwoods’ 25th Anniversary kickoff bash where party-goers had the opportunity to win over $250,000 in unbeatable giveaways including a luxurious Foxwoods getaway, famous luxury designer watches and tickets to New England’s favorite sports teams.
