HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen Tax announces the addition of Michael Nuckles as a Director in the Houston office. He will join the Alternative Investment Funds group and focus on the energy business. Michael has over 15 years of experience in tax, concentrating primarily on international tax in the oil, oilfield services, and energy sectors. His experience includes tax planning, tax compliance, and income tax controversies.
Prior to joining Andersen Tax, Michael worked in the tax department at Hess Corporation, an oil and energy company. While at Hess, he focused on tax quantitative analysis, international income tax provisions, and long-term income tax forecasting. Before that, Michael was a Director at Weatherford and Grant Thornton. Earlier in his career, Michael spent time at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen.

Michael received both his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting as well as his Master of Taxation from Baylor University.
