With an initial focus on the UK, Germany and Latvia, the company has a target investment size of around $20 - $30 million.
Lucky Labs is one of Europe’s leading gaming developers, founded in 2006 by IT entrepreneurs Rustam Gilfanov and Sergei Tokarev in Russia, the company is now based in Kiev. Today the group comprises an international portfolio of gaming and marketing technology companies and employs over 500 software developers internationally. It has released over 100 games, which can be found across international computer and mobile platforms.
Having been developing games over the last 10 years, the business has a track record of helping to build a significant amount of software companies from the ground up and is hoping to develop more innovative and ambitious start-ups.
With experience in providing software for many sectors such as mobile gaming, online gambling, marketing solutions and electronic payments, Lucky Labs has developed a portfolio of 40+ Flash (desktop) and HTML5 (mobile) games.
Lucky Labs recently worked with worldwide games developer, Playson, to develop its whole suite of games. It is looking to continue its investment in the gaming sectors, particularly with regards to slot and casino based programmes.
