(“Geneba”) announces today that it has engaged Credit Suisse as its exclusive financial advisor to assist Geneba in exploring strategic alternatives. These strategic alternatives could include, amongst others, an initial public offering, capital increase, merger, sale or other possible transactions. Geneba is considering strategic alternatives in collaboration with its largest shareholder, The Catalyst Capital Group Inc.
