The two businesses will be located in front of the Walmart Supercenter along West Ridgewood Drive in a newly constructed multi-tenant building that will also house a third tenant yet-to-be-announced.
Piada Italian Street Food is an authentic fast-casual Italian eatery coupled with a modern restaurant design. “The new 2,537-square-foot Piada will be another great addition to The Shoppes at Parma’s growing lineup of restaurants and retailers. The fast-growing restaurant company currently has more than 30 locations and we are thrilled to have them be a part of our development,” said Robyn Hays, Vice President of Leasing for PECO Real Estate Partners.

Sprint is the second tenant in the new space at The Shoppes at Parma, and will offer area residents convenient access to Sprint’s telecommunications and wireless services.
