RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Creo Wellness, LLC, a provider of Population Health Management (PHM) solutions, today announced new members of the company’s leadership team. Creo’s PHM solutions provide a comprehensive approach for employee wellness programs.
Peter J. Bernard continues as Chief Executive Officer, leading business development and strategy for Creo. Mr. Bernard brings more than 30 years as a healthcare executive to this role, most recently as CEO of Bon Secours Virginia from 2000 to 2015.
Joe Anastasia, previously of The Whitlock Group, has joined Creo’s leadership team as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Anastasia is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He is a service delivery and operations specialist with a proven track record of developing scalable solutions and creating strong customer satisfaction.
Jeff Burke was named an advisor, focusing on technology and information security. Mr. Burke has more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare Chief Information Officer and Privacy and Security Officer, including experience with Bon Secours Health System. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for Burke Consulting, a healthcare information technology consulting firm. In his new role with Creo, Mr. Burke will provide direction to the information technology, privacy, and security organization of the company.
Creo’s Board expects to name a Chief Medical Officer later this year.
Tonya Mallory, a co-founder of Creo who had been the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, has become an advisor to the company.
