Belle Fourche Pipeline Company and Bridger Pipeline LLC Begin Binding Open Season Seeking Acreage Dedication Commitments for Transportation from Dunn and McKenzie Counties, North Dakota to Belle Fourche Guernsey HUB, Wyoming

Open Season to Begin October 10, 2016

CASPER, Wyo.--()--Belle Fourche Pipeline Company (“Belle Fourche”) and Bridger Pipeline LLC (“Bridger”) (collectively, the “Pipelines”) announced today, October 10, 2016, the start of an open season related to transportation service from origin points on the Pipelines’ systems in Dunn and McKenzie Counties, North Dakota to the Belle Fourche Guernsey HUB, Wyoming (the “Project”). The open season began at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time on October 10, 2016 and will close at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on November 9, 2016, as such date may be extended by the Pipelines.

The open season process provides potential shippers with the opportunity to make acreage dedications to the Project and execute long-term transportation contracts with the Pipelines. Shippers electing to do so will receive discounted transportation rates for the transportation of their dedicated volumes on the Project.
