Zotec Partners Announces New Vice President of Quality Management

Company Strives to Optimize Quality Assurance and Process Improvements with New Talent

INDIANAPOLIS--()--Zotec Partners (Zotec), an industry leader in physician billing and practice management services, is pleased to announce it has hired Pete Sanchez as Vice President of Quality Management. In his new role, Mr. Sanchez will be responsible for establishing and leading Zotec’s corporate quality assurance system. He will lead company-wide quality assurance programs and work with the company’s leadership to identify, prioritize and implement process improvements.

Mr. Sanchez joins Zotec with more than 20 years of experience in quality and operational leadership within financial and medical service industries. He most recently held a position as the director of clinical quality for the Commercial Healthcare Division of Anthem BCBS, and has also served in similar roles prior, in the United States Air Force, Dana Commercial Credit, GE Capital, Quest Diagnostics and Sallie Mae. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Notre Dame, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.

According to Mr. Sanchez, a sound quality assurance program contains equal elements of compliance, auditing and education, all essential for Zotec’s physician group clients to thrive financially. “Zotec’s QA programs deliver continuous process improvements that include ongoing compliance efforts to monitor internal and external practice performance that ultimately reduce risk and secure payment,” he says. “In my new role, I will continue to make Zotec’s quality assurance programs a number one priority, with a mission to sustain quality improvements that elevate revenue cycle performance for our clients.”
