SMART is a leading business association providing companies with the resources to manage and control risk in Washington State. The award recognizes the company’s achievement of having $0.00 losses for the retroactive plan year for group members reporting more than $100,000 annual Labor and Industries premium. Less than two percent of the members achieved this impressive milestone.

Upon completion of material processing, a large scale environmental program will continue allowing the post-mining land use to include upland forestry, lowland forest (wetland, riparian, fish and wildlife habitat), pastureland, and industrial land.
