Ten Research Projects from Miraca Life Sciences Accepted for ACG Conference

IRVING, Texas--()--Ten research projects from the GI pathologists at Miraca Life Sciences, the nation’s largest independent anatomic pathology lab, have been accepted for presentation at the Annual Meeting of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), which will be held October 14–19 in Las Vegas.

One study has received the 2016 ACG Presidential Poster Award, given by the ACG Educational Affairs Committee to the most highly ranked abstract in each submission category:

  • “Duodenal Intraepithelial Lymphocytosis: A Condition with a Distinct Seasonal Incidence,” authors Robert M. Genta, Amnon Sonnenberg, Kevin Turner.

Two posters demonstrate the high clinical value of the company’s EoGenius RNA expression test for eosinophilic esophagitis:
