CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) today announced that Robert J. Kohlhepp has informed the Company’s Board of Directors of his intention to retire as Chairman effective September 30, 2016.
Mr. Kohlhepp has served as Chairman of Cintas’ Board for seven years. He has been a member of the Board since 1979 and he served as Vice Chairman from 2003 to 2009, when he was then elected Chairman. In addition to the exemplary guidance and oversight he has provided for Cintas as Chairman, Mr. Kohlhepp has had nearly fifty years of involvement with the Company. He joined Cintas in 1967 as Controller and subsequently held positions of General Manager, Vice President and Treasurer, Executive Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer.
