LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mach 1 Couriers Ltd, one of the UK’s longest established companies in the express and same day delivery sector, today announces the acquisition of Destination Courier Services Ltd (trading as Destinations Green).
Destinations Green, which was established in 1985 will be brought under the Mach 1 umbrella which already comprises of 19 courier businesses, including A to Z Couriers and Pink Express.
The acquisition will add significantly to Mach 1 Couriers’ portfolio. Destinations Green has a fleet of 50 passenger cars and couriers and more than 600 corporate accounts ranging from well-known fashion brands to financial institutions.
The Company will continue to trade under its current name in the short-term to guarantee its customers’ business continuity. As part of this arrangement, ten members of staff have been taken on by Mach 1 Couriers.
