Symphony Ventures Expands in US with New Boston Office

Leading consulting firm grows North American presence to meet demands for expert guidance in leveraging the latest automation and cognitive technologies

BOSTON--()--Symphony Ventures, a professional services firm dedicated to helping enterprises leverage the latest robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI) and resourcing solutions, today announced that it has opened an office in Boston to support its growth in the United States. The company is headquartered in London and already has a presence in San Francisco and Kraków, Poland. It will use its new Boston office to house key members of the consulting and administrative teams and to better serve U.S. clients seeking to transform middle and back-office operations via digital labor and intelligent automation.

While interest in the automation of work has continued to increase across various industries in the U.S., there is still a widespread hesitation towards implementing and integrating the latest technology into existing operations. In fact, a recent survey report from Symphony, “Buying RPA: From Hype to Reality,” found that while most respondents (58 percent) believe the market is mature, more than 60 percent require advice on how to effectively implement, integrate and manage the technology as part of their ongoing operational processes.

With its new office in Boston, Symphony Ventures will be able to better assist this growing demand and provide guidance to those enterprises – particularly in the healthcare, insurance and banking sectors – that have shown a need for digital transformation. Whether that need is removing administrative overhead, automating complex processes or delivering rapid outcomes, Symphony is available to provide localized support. As a city that is home to some of the world’s most renowned medical, financial and research institutions, Boston is one of the global hubs of automation innovation, and Symphony is helping lead the charge.

Ian Barkin, co-founder and head of strategy at Symphony Ventures, said, “As intelligent automation continues to develop, we are thrilled to be expanding our U.S. footprint to better service clients looking to take advantage of these emerging technologies and service models. We’ve also strategically chosen Boston as our next U.S. location so as to surround ourselves with other innovative organizations looking for objective guidance on which resourcing solutions will provide the best business value. Our committed Boston team will work with prospective customers to develop their digital operations strategies and to evaluate which solutions are the most efficient, cost-effective and impactful.”

Symphony Venture’s Boston office is operational and located near South Station, the city’s largest transportation center. As the company continues to grow, it is actively seeking talented individuals to fill roles on the marketing and consulting teams in Boston. More information can be found here.
