AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Iconixx, Inc., provider of the most advanced software platform for Incentive Compensation Management, today announced it has appointed David Loia as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Loia will have direct global responsibility for all new and expansion revenue and customer-facing teams. Loia will report directly to Derrik Deyhimi, Founder and CEO at Iconixx.

Mr. Loia brings unparalleled expertise in software marketing and field sales to the Iconixx team in his role as Chief Revenue Officer. David joins Iconixx from Zenoss, where as VP of Worldwide Sales, he was instrumental in driving the rapid growth of the company and transforming the business to a recurring revenue model. Prior to Zenoss, David served in numerous revenue leadership roles at software companies that achieved sustained high growth, went public, and were acquired at billion dollar market caps. These included Humantelligence (HR Saas), Next IT (CRM Saas), RightNow Technologies (acquired by Oracle), and Siebel Systems (also acquired by Oracle).
