ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CACI International Inc (NYSE MKT: CACI) announced today it has been awarded a $37 million prime contract to continue providing development, enhancement, and maintenance support of the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Global Model federal financial management and accounting solution. This three-year contract expands the size and scope of existing DAI work within CACI’s Business Systems market area.
DAI is a critical Department of Defense (DoD) effort to transform the budget, finance, and accounting operations of most DoD agencies. CACI offers in-depth experience and proven solutions in support of the DAI. Under this contract, CACI will provide solution architecture, compliance, and configuration management expertise needed to continue the operation and deployment of the DAI Global Model, an Oracle® enterprise resource planning application, to more than 25,000 users across multiple defense agencies. With the Global Model, DoD aims to standardize its federal financial management and accounting systems and ensure compliance with federal and DoD financial management laws, regulations, and policies.
