Newly released PYMNTS.com Payments as a Service Tracker focuses on how companies have announced partnerships to bolster their security moving forward

BOSTON--()--With the list of companies embracing Payments as a Service (Paas) growing, multiple businesses have announced partnerships and rolled out new EMV-enabled security to protect sensitive payment information, according to the latest edition of the PYMNTS.com Payments as a Service Tracker.

This report, done collaboratively with Cayan, a leading provider of payment technologies, reveals how several companies have partnered with one another to improve their security going forward.

Action Systems, Inc. announced a pair of partnerships with payment technology providers Vantiv Integrated Payments and Payment Logistics. The partnerships will provide ASI and their resellers using the company’s Restaurant Manager 19.1 solution with a fully certified EMV payment processing solution.

Meanwhile, TSYS and Dejavoo Systems have teamed up and last month they announced that the Dejavoo Z and V series devices received EMV certification. These devices will give merchants real-time tools and information, while accepting both contactless and contact payments from mobile wallets, PIN-based credit and MSR-based EMV debit cards.

Other partnerships recently announced include:

• Micronics and retailcloud have teamed up on an EMV-enabled solution that will be introduced as part of a POS bundle, which will include an EMV reader, a thermal printer and other pieces, from Ingenico Group.
