TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Forum Equity Partners (“Forum” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Colin Yee has joined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yee brings a unique combination of finance, private equity management and transaction experience to his role with Forum. As a founding partner of Dundee 360 Real Estate Corporation (formerly 360 VOX Inc.), Mr. Yee has over 15 years of finance experience including managing assets with a total value of over $4 billion and comprehensive transaction and operating knowledge in the luxury resort and mixed-use real estate markets.

Mr. Yee structured various acquisitions, financings and management contracts, contributing to the growth of Dundee 360 from zero revenue to over $80 million of gross revenue. Prior to founding Dundee 360 Real Estate Corporation, Mr. Yee was the Vice President of Finance for Intrawest Placemaking, where he similarly oversaw and managed finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, human resources, legal, information technology and diligence activities. His experience with retail-commercial operations, project financing, hospitality and development oversight is crucial to the continued growth for Forum’s strong portfolio. Mr. Yee is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has earned both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science, each with Distinction, from the University of Calgary.
Forum would also like to thank Adele Imrie, our Vice President of Finance for her 13 years of hard work and dedication to the team as she retires from Forum. Among many important projects, Mrs. Imrie has been instrumental in overseeing the growing, complex finance and tax aspects of the Company and has been key to the Company’s growth. Mrs. Imrie will continue her very active community involvement activities, including serving as incoming chair at UOIT. Mrs. Imrie will aid Mr. Yee in the transition until her retirement in the fourth quarter of this year, where she will continue to work with Forum as a Senior Advisor.
