NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IKS Health, a leading service-enabled solutions provider, announces that Jim Boswell has been appointed Executive Vice President and Managing Partner, Client Advisory Services. Boswell will be responsible for managing the business and operational relationships of existing clients.
Boswell has 22 years experience in building, optimizing, and leading large multispecialty group practices. He has expertise in medical group alignment and performance improvement, and is well-known for his experience in using organizational and governance structures to facilitate health system integration and increase physician engagement.
Prior to IKS Health, Boswell served as the president and CEO of Baptist Medical Group (BMG), a wholly owned, nonprofit subsidiary of Baptist Memorial Healthcare. Under his leadership, Boswell led BMG to become one of the largest physician groups in the mid-South, with more than 600 providers in 150 locations across three states, 2.5 million patient visits, and $500 million in revenue. In his role as president & CEO of the medical group, Boswell also led the overall physician strategy for Baptist Memorial Health Care System and its 14 hospitals as the system vice president, physician services. Prior to BMG, Boswell served as the CEO and managing partner at Northeast Arkansas Clinic, where Boswell led the clinic’s operations and overall strategy, which ultimately led to aligning the clinic with BMG and the development of a newly created $450 million, state-of-the-art integrated delivery system in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Currently, Boswell serves as the board chair for the American Medical Group Association Foundation.
