Two existing franchise groups will each develop three to five restaurants in their respective markets, totaling six to ten new restaurants in South Florida, over the next five years.

Grant Gussin currently owns and operates three Lime Fresh restaurants at Downtown Dadeland, West Kendall and Doral in Miami. Franchisee group Salsa Management Inc., run by Nick Boros and David Pettit, owns and operates three Lime Fresh restaurants at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, The Fountains in Plantation, and Shadowood Square in Boca Raton. The two franchisee groups will open additional locations in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.
