BevMo! Announces Changes to Leadership Team as Part of Strategic Organizational Transformation

Mandy Fields Named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

CONCORD, Calif.--()--BevMo!, a specialty retailer of alcoholic beverages and related products in the western United States, today announced changes to the company’s leadership team as part of a strategic organizational transformation designed to streamline the business and accelerate growth. The company appointed Tamara Pattison as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing & Information Officer, responsible for management of BevMo!’s newly-combined marketing and technology functions, and named Mandy Fields Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, responsible for management of Corporate Finance, Accounting and the integration of an expanded data and analytics function supporting merchandising and operations. They will report directly to BevMo! CEO Dimitri Haloulos.

In addition to these appointments, Mr. Haloulos is implementing initiatives to simplify the organization of the business and accelerate decision-making and execution across all functions.

Ms. Pattison brings more than 20 years of experience with marketing digital strategy for consumer and technology companies. She joins BevMo! from Albertsons Companies where she was most recently Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and e-commerce. In this role, she was responsible for the company’s digital, e-commerce, shopper marketing and loyalty strategy, mobile solutions and overall user experience. Previously, she held senior product positions at Yahoo!, Cairo.com, DemandTec Corporation and Allegis Corporation. Ms. Pattison also spent years as a Principal Consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.

Ms. Fields also joins BevMo! from Albertsons Companies, where she most recently served as Vice President, Finance & Analytics, managing a multi-billion dollar P&L for the private label business, leading all strategic and financial planning functions for the organization and overseeing cost savings initiatives to drive EBITDA growth. Prior to Albertsons, Ms. Fields worked for Gap Inc., holding several finance positions focused on driving earnings growth for Banana Republic. Ms. Fields began her career in Investment Banking for JP Morgan in Equity Capital Markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.
