ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bomgar, a leader in secure access solutions, today announced it has received certification of its Bomgar Privileged Access solution with ServiceNow®. This certification signifies completion of a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security, and performance. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Bomgar’s applications with ServiceNow.
Bomgar Privileged Access enables security professionals to control, monitor and manage access to critical systems by privileged users and third-party vendors. The Privileged Access integration with ServiceNow allows a privileged user to launch a Bomgar access session directly from a record in ServiceNow. Once the session ends, details about the remote session, including a link to the video recording, are appended to the record in ServiceNow. In addition, records in ServiceNow Change Management show all historical access sessions.
