Bask Promotes Seasoned Engineering Leader Brian Burditt to Vice President of Engineering

Firm Sharpens Focus on User Experience with Strategic Senior Promotion

LEHI, Utah--()--Bask Technology Inc., the nation's leading provider of managed tech services and advice for active seniors and small businesses, today announced that Brian Burditt has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering.

“We are excited to expand Brian Burditt’s role here,” said James P. Dunn, CEO. “Bask is dedicated to providing superior service to our members. Clear, accurate insight allows us to better serve our active members and understand how technology is transforming their lives. Brian is an excellent data scientist firmly focused on that goal. He has played an integral part in the development of our core databases and software, making it easier for us to connect with members and fulfill their technical needs.”

In his new role as Vice President of Engineering, Burditt will further the use of Business Intelligence, enabling Bask to make better informed strategic decisions. He will oversee programming and development, including the creation of new applications, project management, and the implementation of new processes. Burditt will also work to optimize the business infrastructure as Bask builds a superior member experience.

Burditt joined Bask in March 2015 as the Director of Application Development. In this role, he directed the redesign of Bask’s helpdesk software, which makes it easier for members to get the U.S.-based support they need while Bask collects data to improve the member's experience. He also introduced several technologies to facilitate faster connections between members seeking assistance and available Technology Advisors. Prior to joining Bask, Burditt served as the Software Development Manager and Enterprise Data Architect for InsideSales.com and as the Development Director and Senior Architect at HID.

“Bask is in an exciting phase, and I’ve enjoyed working with the engineering team to improve both the product and the user experience,” said Burditt. “I am thrilled to take on a larger role at the company and support Bask’s mission to give our active 50+ members the support they need to take control of the technology in their lives.”
