The company’s executive leadership team has been hand-selected by co-founder and CEO Dipak M. Patel to lead the organization into this critical phase of growth and success. The team, which balances continuity in key positions with the elevation of world-class talent from around the industry, includes:

  • Dipak M. Patel, Zeality’s co-founder and chief executive officer, is a 20 year Silicon Valley veteran, value creator, and thought leader who has worked with large multinational enterprises like G-Technology, a Division of Western Digital, and CA Technologies, as well as startups through his mentorship and advisory roles with the UploadVR Collective, Wearable IoT World, and DataRPM.
  • Arlene Santos, chief eXperience officer, brings to her role over a decade of creative design and strategic marketing expertise building digital brand experiences for Stanford, Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, and HGST.
  • Adam Dubov, chief content officer, is an Emmy Award-winning creative digital media and television executive with over two decades of experience in film, TV, digital content development and programming with companies including AOL and HBO.
