COLOGNE, Germany & BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Starting today, Content Management AG (CM-AG), a leading developer of web-based applications, is presenting its redesigned CM4all Sites user interface and a groundbreaking mobile version at WHD.global 2016. WHD.global, the world’s largest hosting and cloud industry event, is being held in Rust, Germany, from March 15 to 17, 2016.
For improved usability, CM-AG has completely redesigned the existing user interface in line with its mission to provide an enticing and optimized site building experience for anyone, anywhere and on any device. All existing CM4all Sites users will instantly benefit from a sleeker user interface redesigned following material design principles by Google®. A truly innovative new mobile version allows users to accomplish most major website editing tasks on the go, including editing and formatting existing content, adding a blog post via keyboard or speech-to-text, and taking a picture with a mobile device and directly publishing it at the touch of a button. Furthermore, users can view site statistics as well as keep track of and follow up on customer interaction on their website in real time with a detailed dashboard.
CM4all’s software ensures that website content will always be 100% consistent, whether it has been edited on a smartphone on the go, or at home or in the office using a desktop computer. Users can easily switch between CM4all Sites and the mobile version at any time. Most importantly, there is no need for users to download and have to learn a platform- or device-specific app. A current browser is sufficient, because CM4all’s mobile version is built as a native web app.
“With an ever-growing number of mobile users and an increasing variety of mobile devices worldwide, it’s great that site builders today can deliver feature-rich, responsive websites that display well on these devices - but it’s not enough,” says Robert Schovenberg, CEO of CM-AG. “As a company that was founded on web app technology long before the concept emerged and became popular, there was no doubt that we wanted to develop our next generation mobile version as a true web app to ensure optimal ease-of-use and a first-rate user experience on any device.”
The brand new mobile version and the CM4all Sites redesign will be on display for WHD.global’s international audience at booth A06.
