Following recent annual award ceremonies such as Screen, Filmfare, Sony Guild and Stardust Awards, Eros’ films collected 18 awards for its releases at the Zee Cine Awards held in Mumbai, India on February 21, 2016. Recognized films included titles such as Bajirao Mastani, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Badlapur and Bengali hit Bela Seshe.
With an unparalleled number of critically and commercially successful films this year, Eros International not only dominated the box office charts with the highest number of top-grossing films of 2015 but has also taken the awards season by storm, receiving over 60 awards for films in various categories at all prestigious award platforms.
