MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AC Lordi, a leading provider of accounting, risk management, and business advisory consulting, announced today that Jim Clayton and Jeff Sherman have joined the firm as Directors in the Business Advisory practice area, and Frank Stumpo has joined as Director in Accounting Services.

Jim Clayton, MBA has more than 20 years of experience with strategic planning, continuous process improvement, cost containment, audit and controls, and project management. Prior to joining AC Lordi, he was Senior Director, Business Projects for Cigna where he led a $150 million finance transformation project that included multi-year initiatives focusing on upgrading foundational technology in the finance department and optimizing business models along with their associated processes. Prior to Cigna, he served as Global Project Controller for Towers Watson as well as several strategic finance and IT roles in a variety of industries.
Jeff Sherman, Ph.D. is a seasoned IT professional with over 17 years of experience, specializing in ERP implementations and application outsourcing projects for multinational clients in the industrial, utility, financial, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. He has focused extensively on data, business intelligence, and analytics projects in addition to managing long term ERP and business intelligence support teams. He most recently was a Senior Manager with Accenture where he served as the Global Data and Business Intelligence Delivery Lead for a large science and manufacturing client.
Frank Stumpo, CPA has extensive experience identifying and implementing strategies to maximize revenues and improve operational efficiencies within startups, M&As, and global organizations. He joins AC Lordi from his own consulting firm, where he provided C-level advisory services for entrepreneurial management teams and private equity-backed early stage and middle market companies. Prior to consulting, he served as Vice President and CFO for SDI, Inc., as well as CFO for several highly successful private equity-backed companies.
