ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Patterson Companies (Nasdaq: PDCO) today announced that Kelly Baker has joined Patterson Companies as Chief Human Resource Officer. Baker joins Patterson from General Mills, where she most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources for General Mills’ U.S. Retail Operating Segment.

Prior to joining Patterson Companies, Baker served at General Mills for more than two decades in multiple human resources roles. In her most recent role as Vice President, Human Resources for the U.S. Retail Operating Segment, she led significant transformation and development of marketing and general management talent. In her previous role as Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate Groups, Baker led talent acquisition and development, and workforce planning for General Mills’ global finance, enterprise services, legal and external relations. She also provided leadership to the company’s global human resources transformation, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
