LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Papa John’s International, Inc. today announced the signing of a 38 store development agreement in Northeast France to bring its brand promise of Better Ingredients, Better Pizza to the country. Hassan Bouanaka, the master franchisee, is set to open the first store in early 2016.
