NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hudson’s Bay Company announced today that it plans to renovate and convert its Lord & Taylor Outlet store in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, to the Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH format within the same location. The conversion is expected to be completed by early 2016, and the new Saks OFF 5TH store is slated to open in April 2016.
