NCC fits very well with Nederman’s existing machining business and will give Nederman entry to the North American machining market. Synergies in-between NCC and Nederman have also been identified in the area of equipment for handling of lime and ash, which is commonly utilized in Nederman’s Filter Solutions for the foundry and steel making industries. NCC has a revenue of 50 MSEK and has 17 employees.
