The appraisal was performed by Common Sense Solutions. CMMI® is a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.

Project managers ensure that these standardized processes are planned and tailored in accordance with established policies. Projects are monitored, controlled, and reviewed, and are evaluated for adherence to the standardized processes to ensure consistent quality throughout the organization.
