GULFPORT, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Foundation Gaming Group, LLC announced today that it has completed, through an affiliate, Foundation Gaming & Entertainment, LLC, the previously announced acquisition of the Diamond Jacks Casino and Hotel in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
The Company also announced that Jeff Dahl has joined the Company as Principal and Co-CEO of Foundation Gaming & Entertainment, LLC, and will play an integral part in the operation of the property and the future growth of the Company.
