C3nano Inc. Co-Founder, Ajay Virkar to Speak about Activegrid™ at Printed Electronics 2015 Conference

HAYWARD, Calif.--()--C3nano Inc., the performance leader in transparent conductive films and inks for the touch sensor and display industry, announced today that co-founder Ajay Virkar will present ‘An Overview of Activegrid™ High Performance Transparent Conductors’ at the Printed Electronics 2015 Conference, the world’s largest conference and exhibition for printed electronics, taking place November 18-19 in Santa Clara, California.

Ajay Virkar, an invited presenter, will give a detailed overview of C3nano’s Activegrid™ and Nanoglue technologies and various applications and devices which these materials enable. He will also discuss C3nano’s global industrial relationships and partnerships. In addition to C3nano, exhibiting companies include Dupont, Henkel and Hitachi Chemical.

C3nano made headlines in 2015 for its important partnerships. In June, C3nano announced its partnership with Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd in the joint development of TCTFs using C3nano’s Activegrid™ silver nanowire (AgNW) solution-based inks to enable a new class of flexible, more intuitive touch sensor applications, including those in large panel and curved displays. In May, C3nano and Nissha Printing Co., Ltd succeeded in the joint development of the next generation of silver nanowire (AgNW) transparent inks to meet the demand for smarter, flexible phones, tablets and large panel displays. In April, C3nano acquired Aiden, Co., Ltd of Korea, recognized as the quality and manufacturing leader in AgNWs. In March, C3nano announced its partnership with Kimoto, Ltd of Japan, with whom it delivers transparent conductive films (TCFs) to the flexible display and touch sensor markets.
