WESTLAKE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TravelCenters of America LLC (TravelCenters), announced it completed yesterday its previously disclosed acquisition of convenience stores located in Western Wisconsin. Seven stores were acquired yesterday and one additional store may be acquired, if the seller satisfies certain closing conditions. TravelCenters has begun to operate all of the stores. TravelCenters expects these convenience stores, formerly known as Stop-A-Sec, will be rebranded as Minit Mart convenience stores and that they will undergo improvements in the coming months.
