CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ClearEdge Marketing, an agency specializing in outsourced marketing and PR solutions for HR technology and IT recruiting companies nationwide, announced today that its CEO and Founder, Leslie Vickrey, has been named one of the 2015 inductees into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, presented by the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies.
“Leslie was nominated by a client and past inductee,” says Nancy Harvey, executive director of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies at UIC. “We knew upon hearing Leslie’s background that she brought something special to the program, and had a story we felt would represent the message of depth, diversity and vibrancy we support. We’re privileged to have her join the other inductees who we consider icons of Chicago entrepreneurship.”
Now in its 30th year, the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame inducts less than 20 executives each year. The 2015 inductees were selected based on their enduring social and commercial contributions that have helped foster a thriving, diversified economic engine in Chicago. The 2015 inductees will be honored tonight with a dinner and awards ceremony at the Field Museum.

To date, ARA has reached more than 2,000 women across the country and continues to grow. For these efforts, Vickrey was recently named to the Chicago TechWeek 100 and BlueSky Innovation Vault in recognition for her contributions to women in technology.
Vickrey was also recently named to the Chicago Innovation Awards and i.c.stars Advisory Boards to help shape the future of both organizations.
