The Men’s Wearhouse Partners with Keystone Logic to Implement Next Generation Warehouse Management System

ATLANTA--()--Keystone Logic, a proven supply chain services and technology outsourcing organization, announced that The Men’s Wearhouse has implemented a next generation warehouse management system (WMS) and Distributed Order Management System (DOM) from Manhattan Associates in three distribution centers of its subsidiary company, Jos. A. Bank. This implementation will allow the company to modernize its distribution processes and significantly increase their per-day order shipping capabilities.

Following the acquisition, the combined entity needed to transform their supply chain program, including upgrading their warehouse management and other master data systems. One benefit was the ability to use the distribution centers of both companies; therefore inventory fulfillment could be optimized. Key to this transformation was an aggressive timeline for systems rollout to get ready for the 2015 peak fulfillment season.

“I have never seen such a large implementation go as quickly and as smoothly as what we saw with the WMS rollout at Jos. A. Bank. Given the newness of the combined organization and the complexity of the underlying business processes, this was a significant achievement,” said Uma Bhemisetty, vice president of Retail Systems at Men’s Wearhouse. “Keystone’s expertise with Manhattan Associates’ WMS solution, deep domain skill set, and ability to work with both IT and business teams made it a perfect partner for us in this strategic initiative.”

One of the key drivers in selecting Keystone Logic was the superior skill set in Warehouse Management, knowledge of best practices, availability of accelerators for critical activities like performance testing and expertise with Manhattan Associates’ products.

“The Keystone Logic team worked very closely with IT and business teams of The Men’s Wearhouse to help implement an industry-leading WMS. The ability to deploy and adapt new systems and capabilities quickly is a fundamental requirement and we are thrilled to help our customers achieve this,” said Ravi Joshi, CEO of Keystone Logic. “We are proud to partner with TMW as the organization modernizes its supply chain systems to drive new and innovative omnichannel-centric business processes.”
