At the age of 30, Paul is the COO of the private investment firm with approximately $1 billion in assets and more than 8 million square feet owned in 16 states. In addition to overseeing the firm’s internal operations, investment committee process, and investor relations, Ms. Paul is actively involved in the execution of the firm’s value-added investment strategy across all assets.
