EATONTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, a collection of 37 polished casual restaurants known for its classic American cuisine seared over a wood-fired grill, further enhances the full-spectrum dining experience with enhancements to its Monmouth Mall location. The restaurant’s new and improved patio and upgraded front exterior boast unique stonework for a polished look that’s truly inviting. The remodeled patio comes just in time for guests to experience one of Firebirds’ refreshing, signature summer cocktails, like the Raspberry Peach Margarita or Blood Orange Negroni.
Once inside, guests can enjoy selections from the unique, seasonal Chef’s Daily Features Menu, available until August 18. The Wood Grilled Mahi, topped with grilled corn and avocado salsa and served with our flavorful summer couscous salad, and the Lemon Custard Cake, garnished with juicy, summer blueberries, are just a few of the items on the menu. Firebirds guests can, of course, also enjoy any of its signature selections such as the Lobster Spinach Queso, Chile Rubbed Delmonico, Durango Burger or Crème Brulee Cheesecake.

Restaurant hours are Monday – Thursday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Half-priced appetizers and drink specials from the FIREBAR™ are served from 4 – 6:30 p.m. at both the bar and outdoor patio, along with Wine Down Monday specials each Monday, where guests can get full glasses and select bottles for half price.
