ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global management consulting firm Kurt Salmon is pleased to welcome James V. Giordano Jr. as the newest partner joining the Health Care Group in the Strategy Practice, where he will lead Population Health Management services.
Jim brings over 25 years of health care management experience to Kurt Salmon, including roles leading hospital turnarounds and providing support for health care organizations during leadership and market transitions. His background includes C-suite roles in hospital systems and managed care organizations. He has deep expertise in consulting on issues related to strategy, health information exchange development, population health management, physician network development and product development related to accountable care and value-based payment strategies.

Throughout his career, he has provided executive leadership and management for developing organizations focused on emerging health care industry segments, and he has led multiple turnaround efforts while hospitals have undergone executive changes. Besides revenue cycle and financial improvements, he has also spearheaded consumer outreach strategies to drive improvements in hospital market share and community image.
