BioInvent International AB (publ) (OMXS:BINV) today announced that the company’s total number of shares as per 29 May 2015 amounts to 162,918,961 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the rights issue of 50,128,911 shares with preferential right for the company’s shareholders, announced on 23 March 2015.
