SHERMAN OAKS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Woodbridge Luxury Homes of California announced that it has purchased the 1,920 square foot home of actress Peggy Lipton, for $3.7 million.
Lipton, the former Mod Squad star, purchased the property in 1998. The ranch-style house, which is set on a hillside above the Knoll and Greystone estates, is single-story, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a long balcony along the rear of the home, with panoramic views of Los Angeles. The property also features a terrace and swimming pool.
Woodbridge Luxury Homes is very active in the purchase, renovation, and ground up development in the Sherman Oaks, Beverly Hills and Bel Air neighborhoods. Last week, Woodbridge Luxury Homes announced the sale of a 6,500 square foot Hidden Hills equestrian ranch to entertainer Miley Cyrus for $5 million.
