TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO:6503) announced today that it will donate five million yen to aid victims and support recovery efforts following the earthquake that struck Nepal on April 25. The donation will be made through Japan Platform, an NGO that offers international emergency humanitarian aid.
Taking into account the evolving conditions in disaster-struck areas, Mitsubishi Electric will also consider organizing donations by employees and taking other support measures.
