The home was purchased for $5 million through the singer’s Sunshine Girl Trust. Woodbridge Luxury Homes of California is a division of the Woodbridge Group of Companies, LLC.
The ranch, which was built in 1954, is set on 5.5 acres, one of the largest parcels in the Los Angeles community of Hidden Hills. French doors open out to a wrap-around covered veranda that overlooks extensive grounds. The property also features a pool, spa, built-in BBQ, covered lanai, outdoor fireplace and many mature shade trees.
