SAN DIEGO--()--Kyocera Communications Inc. today unveiled the new Kyocera Rally, a smarter feature phone designed for people seeking affordable functionality. With its easy-to-use interface, reliable technology and enhanced communication features, Kyocera Rally fills an underserved need for T-Mobile customers who stick to the basics, like talking, texting and snapping pictures. It will be available on T-Mobile’s Data Strong™ network, covering more than 57 million customers, for $29.99 (plus tax).

Rally features a sleek, ergonomic design with a traditional keypad and large separated keys to make calling, texting and navigating apps an easy task. A 3.5mm headset jack enables hands-free operation, while messaging via SMS and MMS is as convenient as ever with T9 predictive text entry. And, with a 1.8” QQVGA color display that also supports high-contrast black and white menus for easy legibility, Rally provides an enhanced viewing experience in this product tier.
