Hale brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, payments and consulting to D3 Banking, including tenure at ACI Worldwide and the Management Information Consulting division of Arthur Anderson & Co., now part of Accenture.

Prior to D3 Banking Hale was senior vice president of Retail Payments at ACI Worldwide, where he was responsible for the Retail Payments global product portfolio. Throughout his 27-year career at ACI Worldwide, Hale held various executive roles in product management, global accounts, sales and business development. He was instrumental in the company’s leveraged buyout and subsequent IPO, and helped orchestrate several acquisitions and divestitures. In his time managing the global accounts team, he lead the largest single customer contract in the customer’s history, and was responsible for the company’s flagship payments processing solutions.
