WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Edgeworth Economics is pleased to announce that Mike Will has joined the firm as General Counsel and Director of Strategy. Mr. Will heads the firm’s internal legal operations, advising senior management on issues related to corporate governance, compliance, data privacy, and business transactions. He also leads the planning, development, and implementation of new strategic initiatives as Edgeworth continues to evolve and grow. Mr. Will is based at Edgeworth’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Will comes to Edgeworth after serving as the general counsel to the Belfast-Beltway Boxing Project, where he counseled the organization’s directors on non-profit corporate governance, contractual issues, and overseas operations. Prior to this, Mr. Will worked at the international law firm Jones Day where he practiced antitrust, compliance, securities, and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Will earned his J.D. from American University and his undergraduate degrees in government and economics from Franklin and Marshall College.
