NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SundaySky, the leader in personalized video solutions, today announced Elan Yaish, a more-than-20-year veteran of corporate finance and strategic planning, as the company’s first chief financial officer (CFO). In addition, SundaySky also announced the hiring of Amit Golan – a product strategy, management and marketing expert with 19 years of experience – as the company’s new head of product strategy.
The appointment of Yaish reflects SundaySky’s maturity and growth due to the increased market demand for personalized, data-driven technology solutions that help brands drive business results by engaging customers throughout the lifecycle. Yaish has a record of dramatically growing profits for organizations, from startup companies to well-established firms, in diverse industries. Yaish’s experience as a senior financial executive for several publicly traded and private companies such as RiT Technologies Ltd., Goji Ltd. and Manchester Technologies Inc. will help position SundaySky for continued growth and increased shareholder value. In his new position, Yaish will be responsible for the overall financial strategy – including planning, reporting and analysis – across the entire organization to model the business for growth and new strategic initiatives.
“Consumers are coming to expect personalized, one-to-one experiences with brands, and video is the most engaging way for brands to meet that expectation,” Elan Yaish, CFO of SundaySky, said. “SundaySky presents a valuable opportunity for me to leverage my experience working with international businesses and guiding organizations through times of rapid growth for a company with a very bright future. Much of my previous work aligns well with my goals at SundaySky.”
Also joining SundaySky, Amit Golan will lead the company’s product strategy to support SundaySky’s position as the market leader in personalized video technology. Formerly senior director of product at Kenshoo, where he managed the paid search and predictive analytics portfolio, Golan brings a wealth of experience in product strategy, as well as digital marketing and advertising acumen. Previously, Golan worked in a variety of product leadership roles for companies such as BDNA, HP Software and Mercury Interactive.
“SundaySky’s SmartVideo solution is changing the way brands engage with their customers and drive incremental impact on key business metrics. As demand continues to grow, the addition of Elan and Amit to our team ensures that SundaySky is prepared to adapt our product and services to meet our customers’ needs,” said Shmulik Weller, CEO of SundaySky. “They are proven leaders of businesses in times of growth. Bringing the best people into our organization means SundaySky won’t just grow; we’ll thrive, and the brands who partner with us to engage and activate their customers will thrive, as well.”
