ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McKesson Business Performance Services (McKesson) is helping a Michigan radiology group restore financial stability and billing continuity after the group faced unexpected revenue cycle difficulties.
McKesson will provide Southfield Radiology Associates, based in Southfield, Mich., with comprehensive revenue cycle management services, including provider enrollment and credentialing, clinical documentation assistance, coding, claims management, denial management, compliance and business intelligence reporting.
Randy Hightower, the group’s administrator, said the practice needed assistance in shoring up virtually all of its revenue cycle processes, including coding, claims and compliance. Southfield Radiology is a 21-physician independent practice serving two hospital systems in Southfield. The group is responsible for about 444,000 procedures annually.
