In this role, Chapman is responsible for business expansion in the northeastern region of the United States by supporting hospitals in their efforts to create healthier populations and build stronger relationships with their employer community.

Chapman brings nearly 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, encompassing a combination of technology, education and healthcare. Prior to joining Aegis Health Group, Chapman served as a provider client executive for Experis, a division of The Manpower Group, specializing in project resources and staffing. He was also a managing consultant for DrivenAction USA, committed to assuring technology investments return a profitable ROI. Additionally, Chapman was a co-founder of Engage My Family, an international, web-based company that connects students and their parents to college and career preparation resources. He is a graduate of London Metropolitan University with a degree in aviation and business marketing in London, England.
