SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Health Choice Preferred, a division of IASIS Healthcare, and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah are announcing a new value-based care collaboration. Under the agreement, Health Choice Preferred will manage quality and cost of care for more than 10,000 Utah members enrolled in Regence’s fully insured PPO plans.
As part of the collaboration, Health Choice Preferred’s physicians will utilize a broad range of healthcare population management tools such as predictive analytics, chronic care and disease management programs, and community wellness initiatives to meet set performance benchmarks. Regence’s Utah members will benefit from having access to a more personalized, coordinated experience of care.
